  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used cues or accessories showing signs of wear

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened chalk, gloves, or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@billiardsdeport.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and shipping details.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. The Return Cost is 100 USD  .

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take an additional 15 business days to reflect.


6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this window, cancellations are subject to restocking fees or may be ineligible.
