At Billiards Depot, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly, securely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery terms, timelines, and related information for all customers purchasing through our website.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all states within the United States of America and Singapore.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 07 PM will be processed the following business day.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
- 06 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
- Orders placed after 06 PM will be processed the following business day.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery (Within Singapore): 6–8 business days ( Monday-Friday)
Standard Delivery (Within the United States): 8–10 business days ( Monday-Friday)
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, weather, or courier delays.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment in real time through our logistics partner’s tracking system.
7. Delivery Attempts
For home deliveries:
If no one is available to receive the package, our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule or leave a notification.
After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping will require an additional fee.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:
