Warranty Policy
At Billiards Deport, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which our products are covered and your rights as a consumer under Singaporean law.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from Billiards Deport, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Cues & Cue Cases: 1-year limited warranty
Billiard Tables: 2-year limited warranty
Accessories (e.g., chalk, gloves, tips): 6-month limited warranty
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
Warping or structural defects in cues under normal playing conditions
Manufacturing flaws or material failures in cue cases and accessories
Table surface irregularities, leg defects, or frame issues not caused by misuse
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance
Warping caused by moisture, heat, or environmental factors
Normal wear and tear, including chalk marks, scuffing, or cosmetic fading
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
Email us at info@billiardsdeport.com with the following:
Your order number and full name
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the defect
Our support team will assess your claim and may request the product to be returned for inspection.
If your claim is approved, we will either:
Repair the item at no cost
Replace the defective item with an identical or equivalent product
Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation
Please allow up to 7 business days for claim processing.
5. Limitations of Liability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items. Under no circumstances shall Billiards Deport be liable for incidental or consequential damages, unless required by law.
6. Your Rights Under Singapore Law
Under the Consumer Protection all consumers are entitled to receive goods that are:
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for the purpose
As described and match the sample or model shown
If a product is found to be defective within 6 months of delivery, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, even outside of our standard warranty terms. This warranty policy does not limit or exclude your statutory rights.
